Trademarks and open source

mklang, the language, is published under the Apache License 2.0 and is available at github.com/gianlucamazza/mklang. The client tools that speak this platform's interface — mkctl, mkbundle and mkp-contracts — carry the same license.

The platform itself is not published. Its license is deferred against named triggers rather than left open-ended, and a security review that asks to read the code is one of them.

Liability for links

This site links to a small number of external pages, principally the source repository of the language. Their content is the responsibility of their respective operators; they were checked when the link was added, and continuous monitoring without a concrete indication of an infringement is not undertaken.

Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
